  13.     150/250 Meg 1/4" cartridge tape backup drive, takes DC6150/6250 carts.   
  14. SCSI, internal.  Comes with one tape.     $40

  16.     2- 4 Meg SIMMS, these are older 30 pin, non parity, 100ns.  These would be 
  17. good for expanding a 2000 to its max fast RAM with the right card.   $125 for 
  18. both (8 meg).
